Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team in Sector 56, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the Architecture/Interior Design industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Conceptualize and design residential and commercial projects aligned with company goals.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and working plans using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Manage site inspections and provide on-site architectural guidance.
Collaborate with in-house engineering, marketing, and sales teams for project alignment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate or architectural firms.
Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, etc.
Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
