Experience: 6 to 8 years

We are looking for a person who would love to build a future and design structures that would attract anyone who sees it.

As an Architect, you will play a key role in assisting with the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects under the guidance of senior architects and project managers. You will have the opportunity to contribute to all phases of the design process, from concept development and schematic design to construction documentation and client presentations. This position offers valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

* Intrinsic knowledge of Sustainability Concepts and Rating Systems such as IGBC LEED. 

* Working knowledge of construction drawings, detail drawings, specifications, tender documents is required. 

* Experience with MEP engineering consultants. 

* Vendor and consultant management skills. 

* Proficient in working with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office Suite. 

* Proficiency in building codes, regulations, and standard including National Building Code of India (NBC) 2016, and familiarity with IBC and IFC. 

* Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and high-quality standards. 

* Ability to manage multiple fast paced projects simultaneously. 

* Ability to travel as needed for project management. 

* Ability to collaborate with drawing production teams to evaluate, identify and solve constructability issues. 

Qualifications: 

* Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution. 

* Proficiency in CAD, CADD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and BIM platforms (e.g., Revit), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. 

* Strong design sensibility and graphic communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas visually and verbally. 

* Knowledge of architectural principles, building systems, and construction methods. 

* Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability principles. 

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. 

* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment. 

* Previous internship or work experience in an architectural firm is preferred.
