Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Testing Architect to join our dynamic team. The Testing Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing testing processes and procedures for software applications. This role involves analyzing the product features, designing test parameters, creating customized quality checks, writing up test strategies, and presenting test results to the development team and management. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for quality.

Responsibilities

Design and implement testing strategies for software applications.Collaborate with development teams to identify system requirements and ensure consistent project execution.Identify, record, and document thoroughly and track bugs.Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.)

Required Skills

Proficiency in automated testing tools and methodologies.Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience with performance and/or security testing.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development principles.Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Familiarity with database technologies like SQL or NoSQL.Understanding of microservices architecture.Experience with mobile application testing.Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.Familiarity with version control systems like Git
