Architect

Advantal Technologies is seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural/Construction Agency based in Indore for a comprehensive commercial office building project. This will be a turnkey engagement—from design to execution—ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance.

Scope of Work

1. Architectural Design & Structural Planning

• Vaastu-aligned site layout & floor planning
• Elevation & facade design
• RCC structural design (columns, beams, slabs)
• Basement, staircase, and lift core design
• Execution-ready architectural drawings & approvals
• FSI calculations & built-up area documentation

2. Vaastu Compliance (Structural Level)

• Gate orientation, slope direction, and zone allocation
• Temple & servant quarter placement
• Strategic positioning of tanks, staircases & fire exits

3. Civil Construction Works

• Excavation & RCC foundation
• Masonry, plastering, base flooring & waterproofing
• Boundary wall & gate construction
• Amphitheatre & landscape structures
• Overhead/underground water tank construction
• Fire exit staircases & outdoor access ramps

4. MEP Services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

• Electrical panel room & conduit layout
• Plumbing network for toilets, pantry, RO/wastewater
• Fire safety & CCTV conduit systems
• Rainwater harvesting & storm drainage
• Composting zone plumbing (if applicable)

5. Green Building Components

• Rooftop solar panel base structure
• Natural lighting & ventilation optimization
• Eco-friendly construction materials
• Water recharge pit & harvesting tank layout

6. Parking & Landscape Development

• Open parking & basement ramp (if applicable)
• Driveways & external circulation zones
• Garden beds, landscaping & pathways

7. Site Infra & Utility Rooms

• Servant room & security cabin
• Generator/inverter room layout
• Waste zone & septic/STP (if required)

8. Approvals & Legal Liaison

• Building plan sanctioning
• Fire safety NOC
• Environmental clearance (if applicable)

9. Coordination with Interior Designer (AZD)

• Alignment of civil & interior services
• MEP & finishing coordination
• Handing over work-ready spaces for interiors
