*About the Role:*

We are seeking a creative and skilled Architect to join our team in Pathankot. This role focuses exclusively on the design aspect of architect projects — from concept development to final presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and experience in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Create architectural design concepts, layouts, and presentations for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Develop detailed architectural drawings using industry-standard software.

Collaborate with the senior architecture team to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic design solutions.

Select appropriate materials, finishes, and construction systems in alignment with the project design intent.

Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and sustainable practices in architecture and construction.

Modify and refine designs based on technical reviews, feedback, and client input.

Prepare detailed design documentation, drawings, and presentations for client meetings and regulatory approvals.

*Requirements:*

Degree/Diploma in architect or a related field.

3+ years of relevant experience in interior design (preferably in a design-focused role).

Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar.

Strong visualization and presentation skills.

Excellent understanding of spatial planning, color theory, and materials.

Attention to detail and a strong design aesthetic.

Ability to manage time and meet project deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
