AR Caller

1. Claims Follow-up & Resolution

• Make outbound calls to

  insurance companies

  to follow up on pending or denied claims.
• Review claim status, identify issues, and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Ensure claims are processed and paid within the specified timeline.

2. Denials Management

• Analyze denials & rejections and take corrective action.
• Provide accurate information and update billing systems for reprocessing claims.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve coding or billing-related issues.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Record all call-related information accurately in the system.
• Update claim notes, actions taken, and next steps clearly.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on claims follow-up status.

4. Compliance & Quality

• Ensure all activities comply with

  HIPAA guidelines

  and company policies.
• Maintain high accuracy, productivity, and quality scores.
• Follow workflow processes and meet performance metrics (AHT, call quality, claim closures).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience

  in US Healthcare AR calling.
• Strong understanding of

  RCE, EOB, ERA, Denials, CPT/ICD codes (basic)

  .
• Excellent

  communication skills

  (spoken English – US Accent understanding).
