Candidate Should Have a Basic Understanding of: Claim Form 1500 . Physician & Medical RCM Background . Provider side processes . Coding tools CCI, McKesson. Specialties Cardiology, Radiology, Gastroenterology, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Surgery, etc Clearinghouses Waystar, eCommerce, etc CPT range & Modifiers . Voice-based process only . DME & Claim adjudication do not fall under Physician AR. Domain experience in overpayment alone does not qualify for L2 screening. Hospital AR experience does not qualify for Physician AR, but candidates can be routed to Hospital AR hiring. Role Definition Production Reviewing claims to liquidate and resolve outstanding AR or denials. Quality Completing production tasks with minimal deviation. TOS (Time on System) Adhering to shift schedules and maintaining productive hours.
