Job Title: AR Caller- fresher

Shift: Night Shift (US Process)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BA, etc.), recent graduates preferred from 2021 to 2025
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Good analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare or US insurance (optional but an added advantage).
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualities:

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Good typing and documentation skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to build a career in the RCM/Healthcare BPO industry.
