Key Responsibilities: - Making outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and follow-ups. - Resolving and reprocessing denied claims. - Documenting all calls and interactions comprehensively in the system. - Coordinating with internal teams for claim resolutions. - Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. - Maintaining professionalism and customer service in phone interactions.
