Job Description

We're Hiring! Multiple Openings in Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management

1.Charge QC

2.Payment Posting

3.AR Analyst

Charge QC - Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in charge entry
or
2+ years in QC process
Experience in specialties like
PCP, Pediatrics, or Urgent Care
Strong knowledge of
E&M CPT codes
(99202 99215) & modifier usage (25, XU, 59, RT, LT)
Knowledge of injections, vaccines, labs, radiology, and procedure codes (at least 2 categories)
Basic
ICD-10
diagnosis code linking and usage
Basic understanding of
general medical billing

AR Analyst - Requirements

Knowledge of denial action steps with at least 5 denial codes and their actions
Knowledge of modifier usage & CPT codes
Thorough understanding of
HCFA 1500 claim forms
used in physician billing.
Must have knowledge of
CPT codes
,
modifiers
, and billing compliance.
Good understanding of claim form (HCFA) fields used in billing
General medical billing knowledge

Payment Posting - Requirements

Experience in manual payment posting (beyond ERA posting)
Insurance payment posting experience (not patient payment posting)
Familiarity with
offset/recoupment, overpayment recovery, forwarding balance, interest payments
Junior candidates should understand deductible, copay, and coinsurance

Not Eligible:

Candidates with employment gaps over 3 months
Experience limited to Anesthesia, Dental, DME, Hospital Billing, Ambulance Billing, SNF
Experience in adjudication (non-physician billing)
Credit balance or payment reconciliation roles
