Sparks Academy is looking for Aptitude Trainer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Aptitude Test Preparation : Designing and delivering training programs to prepare individuals for aptitude tests, such as those used in standardized testing, employment assessments, or college entrance exams. Assessment and Evaluation : Conducting assessments to identify the strengths and weaknesses of individuals in specific aptitude areas. Customized Training : Tailoring training programs to address the specific needs and goals of participants. Study Materials : Developing or recommending study materials, practice tests, and exercises to aid in skill development. Test Strategies : Teaching test-taking strategies, time management, and techniques to improve test scores. Feedback and Coaching : Providing constructive feedback and one-on-one coaching to help individuals improve their aptitude skills. Progress Monitoring : Tracking and monitoring the progress of participants and adjusting training as needed. Group Workshops : Conducting group workshops, classes, or seminars to help individuals build aptitude skills in a collaborative setting. Problem-Solving Skills : Teaching problem-solving techniques, logical reasoning, and critical thinking to enhance aptitude.
