Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for an Aptitude Trainer. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. The trainer will also develop and update training materials, conduct assessments, and provide individualized feedback to students to help them improve their skills and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability
• Strong presentation and teaching skills
• Proficiency in developing and updating training materials
• Assessment and feedback skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in the education or skill development sector is a plus
