Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for an Aptitude Skill Trainer. To impart Aptitude and Logical Reasoning training to students of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kochi as part of the Life Skill courses. To prepare the students for Placement by conducting company specific training, mock tests, mock interviews, one-to-one sessions, etc. To obtain industry feedback from the placement process and update the current training. To undergo self-upgradation of knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• UG and PG in Mathematics / Statistics / Engineering / MBA or any related discipline with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong Presentation Skills and Communication skills
• Experience in Training & Development and Soft Skills training
• Ability to teach and enhance Life Skills
• Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
