Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer, located in Pune. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions on aptitude topics including quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. Daily tasks include creating training materials, assessing student progress, providing feedback, and conducting mock tests. The Aptitude Trainer will also assist in tailoring training programs to meet student's individual needs and preparing students for placement exams. Qualifications Expertise in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability Strong instructional and curriculum design skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in training and mentorship Ability to assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field Prior experience in a similar role or in the education/training industry is a plus Show more Show less
