Job Title: Deputy Manager – Operations (Bricks Manufacturing Plant) About Company: As a specialized Refractory Solutions provider for High Temperature Industries, we’re growing and need talented people to help us continue to provide innovative and responsible solutions to High Temperature Industries. What You will do: • Assist in setting up plant processes, systems & operational protocols. • Monitor daily production output to meet quantity and quality targets. • Ensure that raw materials (clay, sand, etc.) are used efficiently and waste is minimized. • Work closely with quality control to ensure product standards are met. • Identify production issues and coordinate timely resolutions. • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment. • Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, hazard-free working environment. • Ensure all required statutory compliances & regulatory norms applicable to plant are met. • Coordinate regularly with key stakeholders at site, HO & other locations • Guide, Supervise & resolve issues of production staff to ensure a healthy working environment. Territory/Location Information: • This position is working from plant, with base location at Wankaner (Gujrat) 8-A, National Highway, Near Hasanpar Railway Crossing, Wankaner, Rajkot, Gujarat – 363622 Minimum Qualifications: • Diploma or B.E/ B.Tech. (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Production/ Metallurgy) • 5–8 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferably in bricks or construction materials). Key Skills required: • Strong understanding of brick production processes, kiln operations, and safety standards. • Good collaboration & ability to manage multiple stakeholders. • Excellent problem-solving and hands on approach.
