Job Description Sirion Labs CLM Functional Consultant Role As the Sirion Labs CLM Functional Consultant, the candidate will be responsible for ongoing support and hands-on implementation of the Sirion Labs CLM solution across multiple regions and business units. This role blends system configuration expertise, user enablement, and process alignment—delivering both operational continuity and expansion of the enterprise-wide CLM platform. The candidate shall play a key role in ensuring smooth operations for existing users and enabling future rollouts in alignment with enterprise CLM strategy. Key Responsibilities Ø Support and Operations · Manage and resolve functional issues escalated from Level 1 support, including workflows, template errors, metadata mapping, and obligation tracking · Provide advanced user assistance on contract drafting, approval routing, and milestone setup · Maintain configuration items (templates, clause libraries, workflows) · Raise and track service requests with Sirion Labs for product-related issues or enhancement requests · Create and maintain platform documentation: FAQs, SOPs, quick guides, and solution notes · Support UAT and regression testing during product releases and upgrades Ø Implementation · Participate in the end-to-end implementation of the Sirion Labs CLM platform in new regions/business units · Conduct regional requirement gathering, process mapping, and configuration of templates, approval matrices, and clause rules · Coordinate data readiness, user provisioning, and test cycles with stakeholders across legal, commercial, sales and procurement functions · Deliver user training and go-live support for new regional teams adopting the platform · Document region-specific configurations and contribute to the global implementation design · Support the post go-live transition Skills and Qualifications · 4-5 implementations of Sirion Labs CLM solution · Functional understanding of contract lifecycle processes; exposure to both Sell-side and Buy-side preferred · Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and configuration skills · Experience in rollout/implementation cycles including testing, training, and go-live support · Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional and global teams · Ability to work independently and manage tasks across multiple geographies and time zones Experience - 5 - 8 Years Location - Remote Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days
