Job Description

Job Title: Apprentice Claims Specialist Responsibilities: Assist in reviewing and processing insurance claims under the guidance of senior claims specialists. Learn to investigate and evaluate the validity of claims. Support in coordinating with claimants, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders. Help in identifying irregularities or potential fraud in claim submissions. Maintain detailed records of claims and follow up on pending cases. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Provide excellent customer service by answering basic queries and providing information to claimants. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices through continuous learning and training sessions. Requirements: Fresh graduate with a degree in BAMS, BHMS, or BDS. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Keen attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Basic proficiency in using computer applications and claims management software.
