Role: Apprentice - Trainee Location: Bangalore Job description: Provide logistical support for HR programs Information management & Basic analytics Support in Payroll management Support in Onboarding and Exit process Liaison with IT/Finance/HR/Admin depts Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensuring compliance with various HR-related laws, regulations, and company policies. Improving HR operations by implementing best practices, gathering feedback, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Required Qualifications: BBA / B. Com degree or equivalent educations required (Graduated in between 2021 to 2024- must have) Good Communication Skills Excellent organizational and time management skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
