Job Description

Role & responsibilities Support Pre-sales operations like demo, Roadshow and Site inspection. Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Konica Minolta Production printers along with related software and HW. Maintaining requires site kit to reduce downtime of machine. Providing Key Operator Training to users. Taking Care of Service deliverables to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Should be ready to work in 24x7 environment as per business needs. Should be ready to travel extensively to support customers. Active participation in Programs run by organization like SMT, Outward etc. Preferred candidate profile Diploma in Printing Perks and benefits
