The Team: The Talent Development team is responsible for learning initiatives for the S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI) business, focusing on business-specific and technical training, including policies and procedures, technology, and products. In addition, the team administers and provides oversight for access to S&P DJIs analytical applications. We are dedicated to fostering an environment where continuous learning and growth are encouraged and value collaboration, innovation, and the drive to develop training programs that support employee success. We are looking for someone who relishes the opportunity to interact with colleagues across the globe and at all levels of the business, from our Executive Committee to our summer interns Responsibilities and Impact: Assist in organizing and coordinating onboarding and training programs, workshops, and learning events. Support the preparation of training materials and resources. Responsible for implementing requests for access to S&P DJIs proprietary analytical applications Provide data for audit requests Supporting fulfilment of Client Due Diligence requests and maintaining a library of responses. Explore the use of AI tools to enhance processes. What Were Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Psychology or a related field. Strong interest in employee development, organizational behaviour, or corporate training Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a training or educational environment is a plus. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools, including learning management systems. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, resources and deadlines in a rapidly changing environment Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Attention to detail and accuracy.
