Job description Role & responsibilities *Team building & management. * Shadow and assist in sales and distribution activities to drive life insurance business. * Collaborate with partner bank officials and internal stakeholders to promote brand visibility and deepen customer engagement. * Aid in execution of local marketing and brand-building initiatives such as customer meets, exhibitions, and awareness drives. * Maintain accurate records of field activity, support sales hygiene practices, and ensure regulatory compliance. Learning & Development: * Structured 1-month classroom training on insurance fundamentals, products, compliance, sales techniques, and soft skills. * Ongoing on-the-job training through shadowing and guided practice in lead generation, agent management, and sales pitching. * Monthly skill-building sessions and career counselling with senior leadership. Eligibility Criteria: * Graduate (Non-Tech) (passed within the last 5 years / FY 2022 Campus passout ). * Age 18+ with good communication skills (local language and working knowledge of English). * Sales aptitude and entrepreneurial attitude strongly preferred. Growth Path Post Completion: High-performing apprentices may be offered full time offer based on their performance and manager feedback.
