The Impact: Along with providing the best product in the market is providing the best support for it. Associates have a direct impact on the quality of the support provided, hence directly affecting the client's perspective of the quality of the company as a whole. Since the Associates are directly contacting clients, they also have the opportunity to relay feedback to the company and understand the needs of the clients which is valuable to the development of the Platform. Additionally, youll help to accelerate the quality and timeliness of the data, improve operational efficiency to reduce error rates, and improve support survey scores to help maintain retention rates and drive revenue increases. Whats in it for you: Associates are trained to be experts in using the products and given that they receive on a day to day basis feedback from clients, they have a good opportunity to explore roles in the product management/content side of the operations. Since they have client interaction experiences as well, they also have a good position to discover opportunities in relationship management. Develop your industry knowledge by working with our diverse client base at various financial institutions, government organizations & universities located across the world. Responsibilities: Responsible for providing the industry-based client support to S&P clients, across the world. Accountable for proactively handling inbound client inquiries - phone calls, emails and chats. Adaptable to learn recent macro-economic & industry events and enhancements in S&P products. Ability to independently manage the interactions with various unified teams. Work as a team member to achieve the department targets for client satisfaction. You would make suggestions regarding product usability, presentation, and data quality. What Were Looking For: Excellent communication skills, ?basic MS Excel skills, strong critical thinking, and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail?. Basic Insurance knowledge (eg: what are premiums, how an insurance company makes money, different types of Insurance) Strong working knowledge of the fundamentals of business, financial statements, and investments. Proficient in research and analysis. Inclination towards customer-oriented approach?. Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow with little supervision. Basic Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's/College degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent.
