Job Description

Job Description: You will be joining the HR Shared Services team as an Apprentice where you will be involved in various HR operations like onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and compliance processes. Your role will provide you with hands-on experience and exposure to global HR functions. Key Responsibilities: - Support pre-onboarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding activities - Assist in employee lifecycle processes such as offboarding and background verification - Participate in AskHR ticket resolution and handle other transactional HR tasks - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) diligently and ensure compliance - Rotate across different HR functions to broaden your exposure and identify your strengths Qualification Required: - Must be a BBA graduate specializing in HR - Graduation year should be 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 - Degree must be from an institute approved by AICTE or equivalent - Valid degree certificate is mandatory - Should not be registered on the NATS portal with any other organization - Previous experience as an apprentice is not allowed Additional Company Details: The work schedule for this role is from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with on-site attendance required for all working days (22 days/month). You will be following the India public holiday calendar.,
