Role Overview: As an Apprentice HR Admin at TRUMPF, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department to ensure efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include providing general administrative assistance, maintaining employee records, managing data entry, and assisting in employee communication. Additionally, you will be involved in event coordination and supporting in managing and reporting on employee data for various HR KPIs.
