Responsibilities: Client Support: Assist in providing exceptional customer service to clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chats. Learn to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product consultations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance client interactions and support internal initiatives. Learning Opportunities: Participate in product demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions to deepen your understanding of our platforms and client needs. Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to building and updating our Knowledge Base to support ongoing learning and development within the organization. What Were Looking For: Graduate with any specializations in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills. Basic hands on experience on MS-Excel.
