Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & Training

  • Learn preparation techniques for mandi rice, parotta, alfaham, shawaya.
  • Observe and practice marination, grilling, roasting, and dough preparation under supervision.
  • Understand portioning, plating, and food presentation.

Kitchen Assistance

  • Assist chefs with cutting, cleaning, and mise-en-place.
  • Help prepare marinades, sauces, and basic spice mixes.
  • Support with dough rolling, parotta shaping, and rice preparation.

Hygiene & Safety

  • Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
  • Keep workstations clean and organized.
  • Wash and maintain kitchen tools and equipment properly.

Requirements

  • Passion for cooking and eagerness to learn.
  • No prior experience required (training will be given).
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to take instructions and work in a team.

Growth Opportunity

  • Training in Arabic & South Indian cuisines.
  • Potential to move up to Commis Chef role after successful apprenticeship.
  • Hands-on experience with professional kitchen equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,103.57 - ₹20,000.00 per month
