Roles & Responsibilities - Assist and observe skilled workers to gain hands-on experience in the chosen field Attend theoretical classes and workshops related to the profession as part of the training Follow instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors or mentors Undertake tasks and assignments to practice the skills learned Use tools and equipment related to the trade, ensuring they are properly maintained and used safely.
