Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls & emails to schedule appointments for the sales team. Qualify leads based on company criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives. Maintain and update the Google sheets with lead interactions and appointment details. Follow up with prospective clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information. Handle objections professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience. Meet and exceed weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets. Requirements: Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or similar role in B2B sales. Familiarity with the EV industry or a strong willingness to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the electric vehicle, renewable energy, or automotive industry. Knowledge of lead generation strategies and sales processes.
