This role is perfect for individuals with excellent communication skills, a knack for building relationships, and a passion for driving impactful outcomes in the healthcare industry. You will play a critical role in researching,identifying, connecting with distributors, doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to schedule appointments and generate leads for our advanced medical devices and diagnostic technologies, including the VELscan and DNA Ploidy test for Cervical and Oral Cancer Early Detection. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation: 1.1 Conduct research to identify and contact potential clients (distributors, doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals) via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels. 1.2 Deliver compelling pitches about Life Scanners cancer prevention technologies to generate interest and secure appointments for the sales team. 1.3 Overcome objections and build rapport with prospects to move them through the sales funnel. 2. Appointment Setting: 2.1 Schedule high-quality appointments for sales professionals with key decision-makers in the medical and healthcare sectors. 2.2 Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of appointments and follow-up actions. 2.3 Maintain an organized calendar of scheduled meetings and provide timely updates to the team. 3. Market Outreach & Relationship Building: 3.1 Develop strategies to increase engagement with medical and healthcare sector contacts, enhancing Life Scanners market presence. 3.2 Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through consistent follow-ups and relationship nurturing. 3.3 Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach approaches based on feedbackand market trends. 4. Data Management & Reporting: 4.1 Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls, appointments, and interactions in a CRM system. 4.2 Provide regular updates and realistic forecasts to management regarding lead generation and appointment-setting progress. 4.3 Track and report key performance metrics to ensure alignment with project goals. 5. Product Knowledge & Support: 5.1 Develop a strong understanding of Life Scanners technologies (VELscope Vx, DNA Ploidy, etc.) and stay informed about industry trends to confidently communicate value propositions. 5.2 Assist in post-appointment follow-ups by providing basic information to clients and ensuring their needs are addressed by the sales or service teams. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales (preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare industries). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a target-driven environment. Familiarity with the healthcare or medical device industry is an advantage. Expectations: Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting and lead-generation targets.
