Job Description

As a Firefly models & Services architect in the Adobe Firefly Gen AI Models and services group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the creation, improvement, and deployment of model pipelines for Adobe's top products across various domains. Your expertise in machine learning will be essential in designing and optimizing large-scale foundation model pipelines in Generative AI. You will collaborate with outstanding Applied researchers and engineers to bring innovative ideas to production, providing technical leadership and mentorship for junior team members. - Design and develop the GenAI backend services for Firefly. - Create efficient model pipelines that power the generative AI features on various Adobe applications like PPro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, and Stock. - Lead the exploration and research of new ML and MLOps technologies to enhance Adobe's GenAI engineering effectiveness continuously. - Drive alignment and achieve project goals within a Matrix organization using your strong hands-on experience with large-scale GenAI model pipelines and collaboration skills. To succeed in this role, you should have: - A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields, or a B.Tech with significant experience in AI/ML. - 12+ years of experience and at least 3 years as a Lead/Architect. - Excellent communication and technical leadership skills. - Experience in the latest Generative AI technologies, such as GAN, diffusion, and transformer models. - A track record of tech leading contributors on time-sensitive GenAI projects. Preferred experience includes: - Training or optimizing models using frameworks like CUDA, Triton, and TRT. - Converting models from PyTorch and TensorFlow to other formats for optimized performance. - A good publication record in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
