Your typical day will involve interfacing with clients, accurately defining and resolving issues, and ensuring world-class system performance. Manage service desk operations, ensuring world-class system performance. Utilize deep product knowledge to interpret and design resolutions for client issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and exceptional communication. Stay updated with the latest advancements in service desk management and cloud technology. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Service Desk Voice Support, Service Desk Management Good To Have Skills:Cloud Technology Strong understanding of service desk operations and client issue resolution. Experience with cross-functional collaboration and exceptional communication. Solid grasp of cloud technology advancements and their impact on service desk management.
