Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary:Manage and oversee MSTeams, Skype for Business Online, Microsoft Exchange Online, Exchange online protection, mail routing, On-premise Exchange/Office 365 co-existence and Office 365 user administration.¢"¢ Work independently to evaluate symptoms and determine the root cause of complex client issues reported by various stake holders and end users.¢"¢ Identify optimization and automation opportunities¢"¢ Create, configure, and maintain environments (Production, Sandbox, Developer, Trial) using the Power Platform Admin Center. ¢"¢ Establish and enforce governance policies across environments, connectors, and user roles. Implement role-based access control and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies. ¢"¢ Maintain visibility of all Power Platform implementations. Build and manage reusable scripts and solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate. ¢"¢ Ensure compliance with organizational and Microsoft security standards.¢"¢ Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive governance maturity and platform adoption.

Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft PowerShell, Microsoft Teams Infrastructure.

Strong understanding of cloud-based applications and their integration.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical users.

Hands on experience with MS Teams administration, Exchange Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Platform Administration and Automation using PowerShell, and troubleshooting and Support
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
