Application Support

Job Description

Provide day-to-day support for applications, including troubleshooting, incident management, and resolution of technical issues. Monitor the performance of applications, ensuring they are up and running efficiently. Respond to and resolve user-reported issues promptly, escalating problems to relevant teams when necessary. Assist in system configuration, upgrades, and patches to ensure optimal system performance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and users to identify system requirements and issues, providing solutions as needed. Document and maintain application issues, workarounds, and resolutions in the knowledge base. Test and validate new software releases, ensuring they meet the organization s requirements. Perform routine system maintenance and ensure applications are running according to best practices. Troubleshoot application errors and provide support to both technical and non-technical end users. Coordinate and participate in application deployment processes, including patches, upgrades, and new feature releases. Provide training and support materials to end users as required. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to improve system performance and resolve application-related issues. Prepare and present reports on application performance, system uptime, and other metrics. Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards.
