Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide second and third-level technical support for a suite of core products used by top-tier financial service firms. Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring seamless integration with Luceras platform and efficient product use. Support and troubleshoot Unix/Linux-based environments, delivering prompt and effective solutions for clients. Utilize knowledge of Market Data and Order Entry processes to resolve issues related to financial product performance. Maintain a strong understanding of support processes, adapting swiftly to changing circumstances and providing solutions in real-time. Collaborate with global teams to provide consistent support across various regions, ensuring timely resolutions to escalated issues. Streamline support processes by automating common tasks using scripting languages, improving response times and efficiency. Proactively identify performance issues and implemented solutions, reducing system downtime by 15%. Provide in-depth technical training and documentation to junior team members, improving team performance and support coverage. Experience: 7+ years of experience in Unix/Linux-based environments and Scripting languages. Proven experience in automating common tasks using scripting languages. Familiarity with Market Data and Order Entry processes
