Job Description

Role Summary

Responsibilities:

Monitoring & Health check for servers/services, and take proper action incase figured out an issue to ensure high availability and reliability of system
Support incident resolution and production troubleshooting.
Develop bug fixes for critical system bugs.
Manage deployment/Releases for new feature.
Aware of design workflows and data flows across applications.
Build operational scripts to handle business cases not handled by system, or for workarounds until fixes/feature is provided
Other activates like DR management, reporting/statistics, ..

Technical skills:

Java/springboot good knowledge
SQL oracle/server good level of knowledge
Openshift knowledge
Scripting language knowledge (like python, Go, ..)
IBM product stack knowledge
