Position: Application Support Engineer
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (Mandatory Zoho One experience)
Location: Coimbatore
Department: IT / Application Support
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Zoho One ecosystem, including CRM, Desk, People, Books, Projects, Inventory, Creator, and other Zoho applications. The candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end support, troubleshooting, user training, and ensuring smooth functioning of all internal applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily application support for Zoho One modules (CRM, Desk, People, Books, Projects, Inventory, Creator, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot end-user issues and resolve them within defined SLAs.
  • Coordinate with Zoho Support for escalated issues and follow through until closure.
  • Monitor system performance, integrations, and automation workflows.
  • Manage user creation, profiles, roles, permissions, and data security settings.
  • Assist in customization of modules, fields, layouts, workflows, templates, and reports.
  • Support automation, APIs, third-party integrations, and function scripts (basic Deluge preferred).
  • Perform regular audits, backups, and data validation.
  • Conduct user training, prepare user manuals, and ensure proper CRM utilization.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and process improvements.
  • Support the IT team with related app or system activities as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: 2+ years of hands-on experience in the Zoho One suite.
  • Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Desk, People, Inventory, Projects, and Books.
  • Experience in configuring workflows, blueprints, automation, and integrations.
  • Basic understanding of Deluge scripting (preferred).
  • Knowledge of APIs and third-party integrations (added advantage).
  • Ability to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with teams and users.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting field teams, sales teams, and service operations.
  • Exposure to ERP or other business applications.
  • Experience in data migration/import/export in Zoho.
  • IT/CS background or certification (not mandatory).
