Job Title: Application Support Engineer Location: Chennai, Work From Office Experience: 3-5 Years Industry Preference: IT Services, OTT Platforms, FinTech, Healthcare IT Job Overview: We are seeking an Application Support Engineer with expertise in technical support, incident management, and project coordination within application/software environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, monitoring, API testing, and stakeholder management while ensuring seamless system performance and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for applications, troubleshoot issues, and conduct log analysis (Grafana, Coralogix). Perform API testing using Postman, Runscope , and assist in AWS monitoring. Manage incidents and problem resolution , ensuring timely responses using ITSM tools . Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), critical alert handling , and coordinate bridge calls for major incidents. Oversee SLA management, stakeholder communication , and deployment coordination across teams. Work with monitoring tools (Grafana, Firebase, DataDog, New Relic) to analyze system performance and generate reports. Maintain documentation on Jira, Confluence , and other project management tools. Certifications (Nice-to-Have): ITIL, Agile/Scrum, AWS Cloud Practitioner. Domain Experience: OTT Platforms, Healthcare IT (Insurance/Hospital Systems), FinTech, or related industries.
