Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently, and contributing to the overall improvement of service delivery. You will engage in discussions to enhance your understanding of the systems and processes, while also supporting your colleagues in their problem-solving efforts. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on system changes and improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with troubleshooting software applications. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance. - Basic understanding of network configurations and their impact on application performance. - Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
