About The Role
Project Role :Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Educational Qualification :15 years full time education

Support the governance framework and ensure compliance with defined policies, processes, and reporting standards.

Track and validate alignment of initiatives with business objectives and transformation strategy.

Maintain the UXI dashboard, monitor daily UXI scores, and track month-to-month performance.

Assist in the evaluation of business cases, prioritization of initiatives, and resource allocation.

Monitor and report on KPIs, OKRs, and XLAs to ensure delivery against expected outcomes.

Identify and flag risks, issues, and dependencies across projects and services.

Perform data analysis on service delivery, program progress, and key performance metrics.

Detect process, tool, or reporting gaps and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

Collaborate with Service Owners, Program Managers, and Governance Committees to ensure effective coordination.

Collect, consolidate, and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Contribute to the automation of reporting and the standardization of templates.

Support XMO-led campaigns, initiatives, and transformation programs.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
