Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently, and contributing to the overall improvement of service delivery. You will engage in discussions to enhance your understanding of the systems and processes, while also supporting your colleagues in their problem-solving efforts.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to build knowledge and support the team.

Participate in Problem Solving discussions.

Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.

Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on system changes and improvements.

Experience with troubleshooting software applications.

Familiarity with system monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.
