Dear Candidate, We are seeking a skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing business applications to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime. Role & Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications. Monitor application performance and proactively identify issues and resolutions . Work closely with development and IT teams to implement solutions. Document technical procedures, solutions, and best practices . Assist in software upgrades, patches, and deployments . Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations . Support users by addressing queries and providing training when needed . Analyze system logs and error reports to prevent future problems. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in application support and troubleshooting . Strong knowledge of SQL and database management . Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) tools . Understanding of network protocols, APIs, and system integrations . Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills . Excellent communication and customer service abilities . Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team . Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
