Coding and Implementation: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or others as needed. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing to ensure applications are functional, responsive, and optimized. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues as they arise. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for code, designs, and processes to facilitate effective team collaboration and future maintenance. System Integration: Integrate software applications with third-party systems, APIs, and other software components. Continuous Improvement: Research new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry best practices. Recommend and implement process improvements and optimization strategies. User Support: Collaborate with support teams to address user concerns and implement enhancements based on feedback. Qualifications Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on application engineering or a related role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript. Experience with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Spring, .NET) or mobile application development is a plus. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL, NoSQL), and version control (Git). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a bonus. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving technical challenges. Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Adaptability: Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience with agile development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
