Application & Service engineer - Medical devices (Female)

Key Responsibilities: - Handle service & application calls over the phone efficiently. - Maintain inventory and stock of spare parts to ensure timely service. - Coordinate with field service engineers to resolve service issues effectively. - Assist in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment at customer sites. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for applications and products. - Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions in line with company offerings. - Participate in training sessions to enhance product and industry knowledge. - Document service activities accurately and create detailed reports for reference. - Collaborate with the R&D and Sales teams for technical improvements and customer feedback. - Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional support. - Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times. Qualifications & Skills: - ITI or Diploma in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related fields. - Strong fundamentals in engineering principles. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good communication and interpersonal abilities. - Willingness to travel for on-site customer support. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools. - A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
