Role & responsibilities Understanding the Customers current process and Pain Points- Analyse the challenges they face with their current CAD software and align our solution to address those limitations. Live Demonstration Showcase Mold design capabilities that highlight its ease-of-use and innovative design features. Validate and Benchmark Designs - Analyse design performance by benchmarking speed, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring that designs are production-ready. Feature Differentiation – Demonstrate exclusive functionalities, automation tools, and AI-driven enhancements that simplify complex mold design tasks. Provide Training and Support- Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip customers with the necessary skills for effective mold design using the software. Present Data-Driven Insights - Deliver presentations featuring performance benchmarks, design comparisons, and case studies that illustrate the software’s advantages. Address Customer Queries- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new software.
