Application Maintenance- JAVA

As a Java developer and support consultant, your role will involve designing, implementing, and managing continual improvements to the IT Development and Support process. You will focus on working within an Agile support environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing web applications using Java 8, Spring, Spring MVC, and Oracle - Troubleshooting web applications hosted in Tomcat and monitoring applications using monitoring tools - Experience in JIRA, Bitbucket, TeamCity, and Octopus tools - Responsibility for IT application support and coordinating with the offshore team, including hands-on overseeing responsibilities when needed - Client-facing support and other functions related to the Application environment - Ticket Management, Service Requests, SLA management, Service management, Major Incident Management, On-call support, and other key app support activities The ideal candidate for this role should have: - 5+ years of experience in application development/support, preferably in a Java background - Strong IT management skills, with a focus on Apps and SDLC - Excellent communication skills - Good to have a .NET background This job offers an opportunity to work on Java web application development and support in an Agile environment.,
