We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with over 5 years of experience to lead and evolve our cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment practices. This role demands a high level of ownership, deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) "” particularly using AWS CDK (TypeScript) "” and a strategic mindset for cost optimization, security, scalability, and team leadership. You will own the DevOps function end-to-end and collaborate across engineering, product, and operations to deliver high-performing, resilient infrastructure.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Automation:
Architect, build, and manage infrastructure using AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) with TypeScriptImplement scalable, version-controlled Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for all cloud resourcesAutomate configuration and updates of services like:oAurora PostgreSQLoSSL/TLS certificatesoIAM roles, policies, and VPC componentsCreate and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline and related servicesDrive automation across provisioning, deployment, and configurationSystem Monitoring & Cost Optimization:Design and maintain real-time health dashboards and alerting systemsContinuously monitor infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiencyImplement optimization strategies across compute, storage, and networking layersSecurity & Vulnerability Management:Identify and resolve infrastructure-related vulnerabilitiesConduct periodic service hardening, audits, and compliance checksManage secure deployment processes, secrets, and access controlDisaster Recovery & High Availability:Own and maintain the disaster recovery framework and documentationEnsure all systems are highly available, fault-tolerant, and tested regularlyDeployment & Release Management:Lead the execution of deployment and release management plansEnsure seamless rollouts with minimal downtime and rollback strategiesImprove deployment velocity through automation and process refinementLeadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:Own and lead the DevOps team, setting standards and mentoring team membersPartner closely with engineering, QA, security, and product teamsTranslate business requirements into scalable DevOps solutionsAdvocate and implement DevSecOps and IaC best practicesCloud Infrastructure Expertise:Hands-on management of core AWS services including:oEC2, ECS, Lambda, Batch, Step FunctionsoS3, Aurora (Postgres), CodePipeline, CloudWatchoStacks, Clusters, Networking, IAM, Auto Scaling________________________________________Required
Qualifications:5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure rolesStrong expertise in AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) with TypeScriptProven track record with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and workflowsExcellent problem-solving skills in infrastructure security, DR, and scalabilityExperience owning and scaling DevOps teams and capabilitiesStrong communication and coordination skills across diverse teams
Additional Information:The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Automation DevOps.This position is based at our Hyderabad and Bangalore office.A 15 years full time education is required.5 days work from office is mandatory
