Role: Application Engineer Location: Bangalore Experience: 1-3 years in Machine vision/industrial automation Joining Date: 1 Month Company: Qualitas Technologies Pvt Ltd and Group of companies (Datasensor India Pvt ltd) Overview:- We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Application Engineer to join our dynamic team and work closely with cutting-edge Machine Vision product line-up . This position offers excellent growth opportunities in cutting-edge industrial automation technologie s like machine vision, artificial intelligence, and advanced automation. Selected candidates will play a pivotal role in assisting our customers with system integration and optimization. The candidate should possess a strong sense of initiative and a passion for solving complex technical challenges. Technical Requirements: A technical degree (B.E./M.E./M.Tech.) in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or similar engineering domain. Good understanding of electrical parts/components used in an automation control panel. Ability to follow procedures. Identifying the right machine vision solution (including image acquisition hardware and deployment software) for an industrial automation application. Experience in machine vision application engineering/industrial automation. Regular communication and visiting sites for study and analysis of customer requirements. Drive the project throughout its life cycle, from design to deployment & support. Regularly monitoring project status and updating progress to supervisors. Installation and commissioning of the machines at client sites. Supporting/attending breakdown calls and troubleshooting of machine faults. Conduct system integration testing for performance verification. Desired Candidate Profile: Electrical parts/components used in an automation control panel. Ability to follow procedures. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to travel to customer sites (25%) travel within India required. Good to Have: Familiarity with machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision will be preferred. PLC Programming will be a bonus Behavioral Requirements: Must be detail-oriented and analytical. Must possess good communication (written and oral) Must possess presentation and problem-solving skills. Must have a strong desire to learn. Possess a positive attitude and is a quick learner. Must be able to work independently and in a team with limited supervision.
