As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Job Location : Pune /Delhi Position : Application Engineer / Sr. Application Engineer Experience : 2-6 Years Qualification: BE (Mech/prod) Objectives of this role Represent the company’s Engineering products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs. Time management and utilization, meeting deadlines & stretch capability to ensure that there is no idle time. Time should be either utilized on customer-related activities or for research & development. Manage customer relationship and work with sales for getting recurring business and customer satisfaction. Identify best practices for refining the company’s customer relationship management Responsibilities Establish ability to deliver Industry Specific Technical Presentations for each category of the customers - Automotive, Home appliances, Industrial Machinery, Plant Machinery Manufacturers etc. and developing capabilities to position different products through a presentation. Acquiring all required technical certifications for the products/solutions being offered and learning new products from time to time. Building up a thorough understanding / learning of the Autodesk ID&V products like Autodesk Alias, VRED Professional etc. and best practices being followed Provide necessary technical & application support resolution to client and seek feedback after every technical support. Work with key customers to get customer success stories / appreciation letters. Conducting demo/webinar regularly across various topics related to the Products Portfolio we have in Mfg. Required skills and qualifications. 0-4 years of experience in application engineer role or design engineer role with good track record. Expertise in products like Autodesk Alias, VRED, Creo NX, SolidWorks, Moldflow, Inventor or any 3D CAD tools added advantage. Strong communication skills via phone and email Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills. Strong desire and ability to move up within an organization Preferred skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least 0 to 4 years of relevant work experience Experience as an application engineer role, with a track record of achieving customer success. Expertise on Autodesk ID&V products is required. Proficiency in MS office tools, CRM software Good presentation skills
