Your responsibilities: Provide quick and accurate technical support regarding the entire product range for customers. Advise the Customers on the use of these components and systems in a wide range of applications and industries. Independently handle technical queries/problems related to the entire product range. Conduct specific technical trainings. Build up technical support knowledge. Prepare regular report for about response time, type of enquiries, development plan. Enhance technical competency in the team with reference to the required competency in the market. Work in close cooperation with Sales, CTS & DIS Frequently communicate with sales team to provide the technical support. Frequently communicate with Marketing Department to provide the technical support for road show, exhibition and check the brochures. Our requirements Bachelors degree in mechanical or mechatronics or Electrical. Minimum 12-15 years of experience in PLC &HMI programming, Servo motor & Actuators, Sensors, instruments, Electro Pneumatics. Strong technical and manufacturing knowledge.
