Application Engineer II

Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable full-stack applications using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including requirements engineers, QA specialists, and other application engineers to deliver robust solutions.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, documentation, and technical guidance to shape application design and standards.
• Integrate services and shared platforms, including messaging systems (Kafka), BPMN workflows, logging frameworks, and telemetry solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, cloud platforms (Azure), and Generative AI developments to enhance application capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration processes to ensure software quality.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical expertise within the team.

Experience Requirement:

• 5 - 9 years of experience in full-stack development, preferably with enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring, and cloud platforms (Azure).
• Experience in integrating messaging systems like Kafka is desirable.
• Familiarity with IDEs, logging frameworks, and BPMN workflow tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
